Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products and cash on delivery payment method, we accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order details and photos of the issue.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your complaint and verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we confirm the product issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or buyer’s remorse.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Shipping Costs
